Sabian vaults

I was on the sabian site and i noticed a line of cymbals called vault. Are they the newest line of sabian cymbals? If so does anyone have then yet? What do you think of them?

They arent Sabians newest line, but they are definitely popular cymbals!

They are recommended for anyone who wants a little extra cut to their sound.

I have the 17 inch. I think it might be defective or something because it's more trashy than the other ones. I've played another 17 inch and it sounded more.........um........not trashy. But nice cymbals none the less.

the vault artisan rides are my favorite rides right now, bar none. Better than constantinoples

they are great cymbals. They are like a step up form a customs. (coming from a sworn zildjian lover)

i would never buy one i havent heard.. i dont know if they are prone to this but in our shop we have had nice ones but to ever nice one is a lemon.. very strange.. get a good one and they are fantastic..

iv played a sabian vault 16 inch crash at guitar center... MAN IT SOUNDED BEAUTIFUL!!!

but then again.. so did alot of the cymbals at guitar center.

my advice is to go into the little cymbal room at your local music store and hit a cymbal without looking at the name brand or line of it, if you like it... then buy it

The vault line is almost the newest line of Sabian...and they are awesome.
Especially the Vault Light Ride, damn this thing is just amazing! Great cymbals...really!

The ride in NICE. Have you ever even played it? And they sound mcuh different than A customs because i tried tem side by side. The Vaults are glassier.
