The high hats are perfect. Clean but with lots of wash when played partially open. Would have gone for the 13" but when i saw those at a second hand shop for $150 instead of 250 or up, I grabbed them. Fully satisfied customer though.

How did you get a prototype ride?? I was just wondering because every once in a while I see people on here with a prototype cymbal or drum and I was wondering where they got them.

Yo get them @ clinics where cymbal companies have booths. I got mine at a second-hnad music shop.

I like your cymbals. I hate your website and the five pop-up windows I got (nice pop-up blocker firefox..not).

My firefox blocker blocked them just fine.

Again, very nice cymbals. Very nice indeed. Looks like a good fun layout to play too, close but a lot there. Very easily playable.

Nice kit ,nice photo. But is that a gong tom on the extreme left(almost Cut out in the picture). Please explain...

No its just my 14" tom. When i have space to set up, i like to put it over my aux snare for quick use during groves. It serves me well.....

That's a killer set-up, it looks real easy to play! Nice colour too... What skins are those? I think my buddy uses pinstripe ones but I've never asked or looked at what the were!

They are remo pinstrtipe. They are perfect. Not as dampened as the Evans EQ3 but not open and ringy. Nice deep sound, controled but not muted.

Nice looking set, very professional appearance and I like how the difference between floor and rack toms is blurred, due to positioning and mounting methods.

Overall, though, it's a bit too conservative for my tastes.

I play gospel fink and blues. I usually dont play most of that stuff, i just wanted to show it all together.

The k's are really nice. the are very washy but the chick is defined and you can get a defined stick hit if you want. I love them..

Nice kit man, the cymbals are top choice. I've played on the mastersounds before, so I know how well they sound. I just have regular K's and they sound great too. Interesting choice with the earth ride though. How do you like the fit?
