Has anyone watched the show, Rockstar: INXS? I've been wondering who that drummer was because he's just sick on the drums. His performances are constantly great and I love watching him now more than the contestants. Can someone point me in the right direction? =)
Cheers!

I dont know much about him either but he sure as hell kills on the drums. A good example why learning a lot of styles is important.

I flipped through the show quickly, but I thought he was good drummer.
But, what's the point of the show?

Lol the point of the show is all the rock legends are making a band ( INXS ). all these people are auditioning for the band and we vote for a person to be in the band really. i think lol. i only started watching it last week.

I've read some posts about Nate before.... But I want to bring his name up again. Nate is a QUALITY drummer.... He NAILS it...
Playing this past summer on RockStar INXS, has brought Nate's talents to light. He has played with many other "A" list acts... Richard Marx, Poe, Vanessa Carlton, just to name a few!!!
Well,Nate has updated his web-site.... and you guys should check out the dude. Totally free site... filled with great vids and music. Trust me... Nate is simply a fantastic drummer.... In fact maybe one of the Mods would consider adding Nate to the main page.... His work speaks for it's self....
Check out some of his work and post your comments here!!!

I remember checking him out, he is good. I didn't know alot about him though. I think the same band is going to be returning when Tommy Lee does the show.

Gotta suck when Jon Farriss had to follow up this guy. In my opinion there is no comparison. I think Nate has the better skills. Of course opinions are like ........ everybody has one.

I know there have been some posts about Nate, but now that the TV show is in Full Swing.... I wanted to see what you guys thought of Nate Morton....
The dude slams on the drums.... one of the best drummers on the scene today!!! Hands down....
I love Tommy Lee and I'm sure even he is watching Nate and taking some notes.....
Nate's background is very strong and he has played with a ton of big names....
Do not miss a chance to watch him play.... you can even watch on the NET....

Been watching the Supernova show since it aired and Nate knows how to perform. He nails it down, very showy as well, lots of stick twirls and such, saw him drop one in the middel and only missed one beat fetching a new stick.. nice kit, lots of effects cymbals and such, looks like 2 difffernt sized kick drums must need that beacuse of all the different cover materilas they are doing. Wonder if the songs that the contestenats get to pick each week are also new to the house band or if they were able to do up a catalog of songs prior to the show?
The bass player, Jason Newsted for Supernova did a song with one of the contestants last show, wonder if Tommy Lee will get on Nates kit and bang out a tune some time here in the future?
Anyway the show is worth checking out just to listen to Nate and the house band, although most of the singers can also rock and bring it as well.

I can't really coplain about his drumming. I watched the Rockstar:Supernova show and most times his drumming was better than than the star of the performance. Go Nate Go.
